I haven't been to Cumberland Island, but I've heard it's just gorgeous. I picture it looking much like nearby Sapelo Island. I took a very memorable trip there once with a UGA science class. It was extremely lush (in an overly fecund, civilization quickly goes back to nature way) and completely deserted!
